3 months

Three months ago, today, Miss Ellie
stepped off the plane with us and was welcomed into her forever family.
This little girl has changed all of us......
She is so full of joy.

We are blessed.

(some of you have asked; we have talked to 3 specialists
concerning the surgeries that Ellie will need on her hands. She will have her
first surgery this Fall to separate her fingers....)

Kristy,

I was rushing around yesterday getting ready for graduation weekend at my place when the mail came in. There was the package from you!! Oh my gosh that is the best smelling candle I have ever smelled. My husband even loved it! The Japanese Cherry Blossom goodies I had smelled at Christmas and LOVED them, but of course I was shopping for my niece and thought I will come back some time and get this. Imagine my shock when you sent them! And the little sign is adorable. I can't believe you went to such work for me! And chose so perfectly things I would love! Mostly, I am really touched by your kind generosity in mailing me a gift! How sweet you are!

I have loved your blog from the minute I found it, and know we will be following each other's journey for years to come. We will have to plan a time to meet, perhaps later this summer.

Please keep us posted on Ellie's surgery. It is amazing how fast she is talking. She is adorable and clearly blooming at your gardens!
